The Cardiff-by-the-Sea Book Nook is more popular than ever! Beach goers find our bargains incomparable – you can do the same! As daily donations are received, they are priced and shelved in record time. This way we always have new items to select from. We may look tiny, but we have a mighty selection from which to choose!
We now have a way of REWARDING Friends of the Library members called FRIENDS FRIDAY. Every Friday new, renew or current members can buy up to five books for half off the marked price (excluding collectibles). Become a member or renew your membership and take advantage of this generous offer.
FREE magazines, including National Geographics, are now featured on a cart outside the library for your reading pleasure. We welcome your magazIne donations also.
Our Book Nook would not be possible without the committee who supervise its operation: scheduling volunteers, sorting and pricing book donations, organizing book sales, and all the other things that make the Book Nook such a great place to shop.
